Earlewood Neighborhood Monthly Meetings

All residents of Earlewood are invited to attend all or part of our neighborhood monthly meetings in the Community Hall of the Reformation Lutheran Church. The church is located at the corner of River Drive and Union Street. All residents are encouraged to attend and help make Earlewood an even better place to live.

Police & Safety Meeting
6:30 – 7 :00 pm

The monthly Police & Safety meeting begins at 6:30 pm or 30 minutes prior to the General Membership meeting. Officer Wines, the police officer assigned to Earlewood, attends to answer any questions and address safety concerns of residents.

General Membership Meeting
7 :00 – 8:00 pm

The membership meetings for residents of the Earlewood neighborhood are held monthly on the third Thursday of each month at Reformation Lutheran. Reminder signs are placed around the neighborhood several days prior to the meeting. Topics that are important to the quality of life of Earlewood are discussed. All residents of Earlewood are encouraged to attend and get to know their neighbors!

Executive Council Meetings
Monday prior to General Membership Meeting
6:15 pm – 7:30 pm

The Executive Council includes the officers and committee chairs. Residents are invited to attend the Executive Council meetings.
